How to Add a COVID-19 Alert to your Website

Whether you are closed, fully operational, or offering emergency/alternative services, this guide will instruct you on how to add a COVID-19 alert to your website to let your customers know what they can expect from your business.
Access your Performance Dashboard at https://dashboard.hibu.com/#/login. Login with your username and password. 

If you do not have your login information, please contact Hibu Support at 877-237-6120 or support@hibu.com.
Once you are logged in, click on "TOOLS“ in the main navigation, and then select “MANAGE WEBSITE”. Your website editor will open in a new window.
Hover over row directly under navigation and look for ROW prompt in left corner
Click ROW, select ADD, then select Section
On the left, select COVID-19. Choose either long or short section, depending on how detailed you want your message to be.

Click Save. 
NOTE - If at anytime during this process you change your mind about placement, color, or font type, click the undo arrow to revert back your edits.
Double click CORONAVIRUS UPDATE headline to update. You may then type or paste in the text you want to include in your update. After updating the headline, use the text-edit toolbar to change font, style, size, color, etc.

Repeat the process to update content located directly underneath the headline.

OPTIONAL - Click Style, then Color, then click the colored circle to update Background color


When finished, click Republish to push your changes live.


NOTE
  • The placement of this alert box will appear on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. 
  • The alert will only appear on homepage for each device. If needed, copy the row and paste to additional pages.
  • The undo arrow will no longer be functional after you republish. 
  • When this crisis is over, you can simply hover over the alert row, look for the ROW prompt in the top left corner, click and select Delete.
  • When finished, click Republish to push your changes live.
