Creating social posts are a great way to make sure that anyone searching for your business will be easily informed of any updates or changes your business may have due to COVID-19. Hibu recommends creating a post on both Facebook and Google with a general update that you would like to remain visible to everyone viewing your business. This post is intended to be remain relevant during the COVID-19 time period, and not be a news flash of a one time sale, event, or something of that sort. This can be done through Hibu Reputation
(easiest method), or in Google My Business
and / or Facebook
directly.

Access your Performance Dashboard at https://dashboard.hibu.com/#/login. Login with your username and password. If you do not have your login information, please contact Hibu Support at 877-237-6120 or support@hibu.com.
Click on the Listings Management, then “Post” page underneath of the Listings Management header.
Click in the box with the help text “Make a new post...”
Note
– Both Facebook and Google will be selected by default, we recommend you keep those options in order to post to both platforms simultaneously
Directly in Google My Business
Go to business.google.com
Sign-in to your account that has access to the Google listing for your business
On the Home page of your GMB account, look for the hyperlink to “Post your COVID-19 update.”
